حضور هیئت ایرانی در نشست شورای حقوق بشر با هدف تبیین و روشنگری درباره پیامد جنگ‌های تحمیلی آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی

شصت‌وسومین نشست شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل (HRC63) از روز دوشنبه، ۷ سپتامبر (۱۶ شهریور) تا ۹ اکتبر (۱۷ مهر) در کاخ ملل ژنو برگزار می‌شود.

حوزه‌های موضوعی مورد بررسی در این اجلاس یک‌ماهه، از جمله شامل حقوق اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، حق توسعه، اقدامات قهری یکجانبه و همکاری با سازوکارهای حقوق بشری سازمان ملل است.

با توجه به فرمایشات رهبر انقلاب اسلامی مبنی بر پیگیری حقوقی جنایات ناشی از حملات تجاوزکارانه آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی در عرصه بین‌المللی و به منظور بهره‌برداری از ظرفیت اجلاس شصت و سوم شورا، هیئتی تخصّصی با هماهنگی ستاد حقوق بشر و همکاری فعالانه وزارت امور خارجه و سایر دستگاه‌های ذیربط، در هفته نخست این اجلاس از ۱۷ تا ۲۰ شهریور ۱۴۰۵، با هدف تبیین و روشنگری درباره «پیامدهای جنگ‌های تحمیلی رمضان، ۱۲ روزه و تداوم اقدامات خصمانه بر حق بشر مردم کشورمان»، در این اجلاس شرکت می‌کند.

با توجه به گستردگی خسارات وارده به زیرساخت‌های توسعه‌ای کشور از جمله مراکز مسکونی، درمانی و تجاری، فرودگاه‌ها، راه‌آهن، پل‌ها، دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز تحقیقاتی و محیط زیست، نمایندگانی از وزارتخانه های (امور خارجه)، (راه و شهرسازی)، (علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری) و (سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست) کشورمان در این نشست حضور دارند و علی بحرینی، سفیر و نماینده دائم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در دفتر سازمان ملل در ژنو، ریاست هیات ایرانی را برعهده دارد. 

مقرر است این هیئت در نشست جانبی که با حضور گزارشگران ویژه موضوعی از جمله در زمینه حق توسعه، اقدامات قهری یکجانبه و دیگر متخصصین که توسط نمایندگی کشورمان در ژنو برنامه ریزی شده است، شرکت کنند.

Iranian Delegation Attends Human Rights Council Session to Clarify and Elaborate on the Consequences of the Wars Imposed by the United States and the Zionist Regime

A specialized delegation, representing the people of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is participating in the sixty-third session of the United Nations Human Rights Council to clarify and elaborate on “the consequences of the imposed Ramadan War and the imposed 12-Day War, and the continuation of hostile acts, upon the human rights of the Iranian people — particularly with regard to the right to development.

HCHR- The sixty-third session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC63) is being held from Monday, 7 September, to 9 October at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.
The thematic areas under consideration during this month-long session include, inter alia, economic, social and cultural rights, the right to development, unilateral coercive measures, and cooperation with United Nations human rights mechanisms.

In line with the remarks of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution regarding the pursuit, through legal channels at the international level, of accountability for the crimes arising from the aggressive attacks by the United States and the Zionist regime, and to use the opportunity of the Council’s sixty-third session, a specialized delegation — coordinated by High Council for Human Rights, with the active cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other relevant institutions — is participating in the first week of this session, from 8 September to 11 September 2026, to clarify and elaborate on “the consequences of the imposed Ramadan War and the 12-Day War, and the continuation of hostile actions, on the human rights of the people of Iran.

Due to the extensive damage inflicted upon the country’s developmental infrastructure, including residential, medical and commercial facilities, airports, railways, bridges, universities, research centers, as well as the environment, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and the Department of the Environment of the Islamic Republic of Iran are present at this session. H.E. Ali Bahreini, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations Office at Geneva, is heading the Iranian delegation.

It is envisaged that this delegation will participate in a side event organized by the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Geneva, which will be attended by thematic Special Rapporteurs, including those on the right to development and on unilateral coercive measures, as well as other experts.
